That's what the corrupt leaders of America do. Bush says that spy work helped stop an attack on Los Angeles. Let's take a look at the article:

Under fire for eavesdropping on Americans, President Bush said Thursday that spy work stretching from the U.S. to Asia helped thwart terrorists plotting to use shoe bombs to hijack an airliner and crash it into the tallest skyscraper on the West Coast.


The 1st line tells you everything you need to know. Bush is under fire so he released some news that might make him look good. I think Bush is lying but the bigger question is will the sheep of America buy his bullshit? Let's take a look at another part of the article:

In a new AP-Ipsos poll, 48 percent now support wiretapping without a warrant in cases of suspected communications with terrorists, up from 42 percent last month. Half say the administration should have to get a warrant, down from 56 percent. Men in particular have come around to Bush's view over the last month, the poll suggested.


The 48% that support wiretapping without a warrant are idiots who have probably never read the United States Constitution. This is from the constitution:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.


America is going to wake up to a dictatorship in the future if they don't let Congress and the President of the United States know that the people do not serve them, they serve the people. I leave you with this:
